Tim & Vanessa Lorentzen Family!

November 7th - The nice weather holds on!  That is nice as we are trying to finish up this bedroom.  Got the sheetrock hung and a lot of the taping and mudding done.  Deer season began on Friday so Jasper was hunting with grandpa Ross, uncle John and the cousins.  Did not get a deer but there will be plenty of time to hunt.  I put some toddler proof cupboard door things on the bathroom and several of the kitchen cupboard doors and boy was Jazmyn annoyed with that!  It was so funny to watch her try to get them open.  Gas is down to $2.30 and is $2.05 in Fargo.  Not sure how much lower it will go but it would be nice to see it drop.  I can only hope and pray that the natural gas does not go as high as they predicted!  They said could be up to 70% higher than last year so that would make a huge impact in winter bills!  No use worrying too much about it as we can not change it by worrying.

November 14th - Jasper got his first deer for this year on Saturday night.  A nice big doe.  Sitting out in the rain and snow.  The room is almost finished.  Trim, closet doors and staining of same is all that is left!  Jazmyn is walking quite a bit but she gets such a bang out of it that she starts to giggling and falls down.  What a nut!  Gas is now at $2.22 so hopefully it will continue in that direction.  I will be glad to be done with this room project, it should make smaller jobs like painting the kitchen look a lot smaller!  Hope I can get back into practicing with the kids every night.  I let that slide a bit while doing this whole thing.

November 21st - The nice weather continues.  The ground is not even frozen.  The room looks really nice - it took 3 weeks but was well worth the effort.  Starlit played in a concert with the Dakota Youth Symphony on Sunday.  They played about a 45 minute concert so was a lot of music.  The family band has a couple of holiday gigs coming up.  Jenny and Starlit played for an hour on Thursday evening at the hair salon the Vanessa goes to, then Starlit and I played for another hour.  Thanksgiving is this week so it is time once again to remember all the things we have to be thankful for!  Not the least of which is the wonderful family and friends that I have been blessed with!  Thanks for being there for me.

November 28th - What a great time of celebrating with family and friends!  George came out and Nick, Holly and the kids came up from Rapid.  Thanksgiving day was a nice fall day and the food and fellowship was top notch.  We all went up to John & Darcy's for lunch and stayed for leftovers.  Zion lost another tooth so has his 2 front bottom teeth gone.  The second one was not any problem for him.
