November 3rd - Well, winter is here!  Single digits for the lows and windy!  We have the most extreme swings in weather!  Grandma Lou & grandpa Lorentz got here on Thursday evening and we are enjoying seeing them some more.  Grandpa Ross has been working with Jasper's horse and she is coming along nicely.

November 10th  - The boys and I got the plastic put up on our leaky house.  It sure helps when the wind blows (which of course it never does in North Dakota right?) We had about 6 inches of snow so there has been lots of sledding and snowball fights - Zion loves the snow but is not too crazy about the sledding part.  Grandma & Grandpa left Monday for home - we sure saw a lot of them this year which has been wonderful.

November 16th - Nice weather this week.  Grandpa Ross & Uncle John got their deer.  Nick got his too (he creamed one with his Jetta - again!) I am going to be taking a week long Microsoft training course in Bismarck this week and I am looking forward to that!  We have so much to be thankful for so let us not forget to continue to thank our Heavenly Father for His mercies toward us.

November 23rd - well, nothing like the good old flu bug!  Jasper has been down for 3 days and Zion got it too!  At least the rest have escaped for now!  One thing about being sick, it sure makes you thankful for good health!  It has stayed cold and of course we have wind.  One day it was 35 - 40 all day long.  That sure makes things a lot colder!  Looking ahead to Thanksgiving day, we sure have a LOT to be thankful for! I pray that we never forget to thank our Heavenly Father for His continued goodness towards us.  And everybody said - Amen!

November 30th - We are all feeling better but not completely well.  We all celebrated Thanksgiving with our individual families on Thursday as no-one was wanting to mix all the sick kids / adults together.  So that was unusual and quite.  Then on Saturday we celebrated together.  We truly have so much to be thankful for and of course the # 1 is that Yah loved us enough to provide us with eternal salvation!  Then of course # 2 would be my wife and kids.  Have a good week!
