February 3rd - Rain! Wind! Snow! And people in the ditch. Sounds like winter. On Sunday we had at least 5 people slide off the road right by the farm. I continue to thank Yah and be amazed at the protection He gives as we travel so much. Gas prices went up to $1.59 for the cheapest unleaded. Pray for wisdom for President Bush and other leaders and for the protection of Yah on His people Israel. Also for the families who lost loved ones in the shuttle tragedy. February 10th - Please remember the Schneider family in your prayers as this week is the 1st anniversary of Treasure's passing and will be a difficult time. The weather has been nice with a little snow but overall a nice winter. Pray for wisdom with the IGISS software project - more on that as it develops. February 16th - We had the Schneider's up for supper Thursday night and lit a candle at the grave site. From now on Feb 14th will not be know in our house as Valentines day, but as Treasure day. Hollis has joined the speech team in town and went to his first 2 speech tournaments this past Friday & Saturday. On Friday he place 4th in poetry at Mandan High and then on Saturday at Bismarck High he got the Best Facial Hair award! February 24th - Happy birthday brother Oz and best friend George! On the 19th Oz turned the big 40! Now on the 21st George turned, well I guess I am not at liberty to say that as the government might be upset to find out he is still working at his age! Hollis had another speech tourney at Century High in Bismarck and placed 6th in the poetry. He is doing a great job. It has been cold (last night 25 below) but it can't last much longer! |
