February 5th - The skiing was great!  We all wiped out a few times (trying some small jumps and otherwise challenging our skiing abilities) but no one was hurt other than some aches and pains.  The old Caravan finally let us down - the transmission decided to lose 3rd and overdrive so I am not sure what is going to happen there.  We are driving the Aerostar that uncle Les bought and never made it to Alaska.  Speaking of the great unc, he was here and we enjoyed spending some time with him.  Zion is talking like crazy and has more energy than I can believe!  What a joy he continues to be to us as all 4 of these blessings from the Lord (more commonly known as children) are!

February 12th - We have had more snow and some very cold (22 below plus a wind of 20 - 25 mph!) weather!  The quartet sang in Harvey last night and we had a safe trip up and back.  The Lord continues to watch over us as we put on the miles and we are grateful to Him for His provision!  The price of propane has really jumped!  I am glad that winter is close to being over!  (OK so I can at least hope for an early spring!)

February 19th - What a week!  I spoke and sang at CWC (Christian Womens Club) guest night in Hazen on Tuesday evening and the Lord really spoke through me!  One woman indicated on the comment cards that she had made a decision to accept Him as savior!  On Sabbath we met a lady from Minot that Vanessa had gotten to know over the internet and had a great time with her and her kids and Ed & Bev!  Her hubby had to work.  Went to Fargo on Sunday to see George for his birthday that is this coming Wednesday - he will be 55.

February 26th - Another week!  Sickness in the camp!  On Tuesday mom & 3 kids sick so dad stayed home, then on Thursday dad was sick!  One thing about feeling ill is you sure appreciate feeling better!  Praise be to God our Father for His sustaining hand upon us!  It has been cold (20 below at nights) and a couple more inches of snow.  On Sunday we went to Minot and met with our new friends.  Neat people!
