December 5th - Still no snow!  Jazmyn continues to grow and is a lot of fun.  Zion played in the Suzuki Christmas program on Saturday and did a good job!  He is actually able to be serious for a few minutes at a time!  I am highly encouraged by that.  We took a road trip to Fargo Sunday (tired after that) to hear a Dr. Davis speak on the dangers of playing the dating game.  It was a very insightful message and I trust and pray that it will lead to dialogue and good choices for our children.  For more on him click here.  Hauled a heavy industrial mixer up to the ranch for Ross on Saturday and brought our gas stove back.  I am selling it to a guy from work who really needed one.  Jasper and I went over and installed it for him and did all the conversion from LP to natural gas.  You could pray for him and his family as they have health issues - diabetes etc.

December 12th - Zion had his dance recital today and did a great job!  We also had our annual get together with  Mrs. Shaner (our old home school monitor and the lady who administers the tests when we give them to the kids) and have been celebrating Hanukkah since last Tuesday night and enjoying that.  We had some snow on top of rain but it did not stick around and as a matter of fact on Saturday it was 54 here so very nice weather so far!

December 20th - Well, cold weather has finally arrived.  No snow to speak of but around zero for lows and of course - wind!  What else!  I took (and did not pass) a brutal Microsoft exam on Friday - wow is all I can say!  Will study more and try again after the New year.  Been a bit under the weather myself but feeling better.  My good friend Rick gave me a remote starter so now I get the challenge of installing it!  At least I have his warm shop to use while he is gone for vacation.

December 27th - Well the holiday went off without a hitch!  Hollis & Jasper drove out to Fargo on Wednesday and brought George out.  I had Friday off and we all went to Gramma Janice's for Christmas eve.  Then on Christmas day we had everyone here!  Really enjoyed the room this house has and all had lots of food and a good time.  I drove George back to Fargo on the 26th and now we are getting ready for our annual New Years trip to Canada.  Will talk to you all next year!  Have a safe and enjoyable holiday season!
