November 7th - Jasper and Starlit came home again and we played at a gospel night at Leroy's in Lexington IN on Saturday. Hauled a bunch of wood and tried to get ready for colder weather. I have been suffering with headaches (the kind where you wake up with them and fight them all day long) about twice a week here lately so would appreciate prayer. Vanessa is still fighting her throat issue. All the rest seem to be fine.
November 16th - I was in Atlanta for training this past weekend and as a bonus bought tickets to a Pittsburgh Penguins / Atlanta Thrashers game AND the Penguins won! It was fun. Beautiful drive down there and some neat buildings in Atlanta. Jasper and Starlit went to Ohio to see the Utz's. Looking forward to next week and having Hollis, Jenny, and Hanz with us for Thanksgiving! God is good!
November 28th - Missed a week there in all the excitement. Hollis and Jenny and Hanz arrived on Monday evening the 22nd and it has been a busy week! Thanksgiving was a great day with family, all of our children, Aunt Yvonne, and Cousin Josiah, Paige and the triplets, enjoyed a good meal and fellowship and time of giving thanks to God for His provision for us all. I took Hanz to feed cows with me, he loves tractors, and we had a great time! On Friday we went and recorded the final 5 songs for our gospel CD and Hollis sang on 3 of them. Saturday we went to Scottsburg in the evening for a parade of lights and lighting up the square. On Sunday Hollis, Zion, Hanz and I went to Mammoth Cave, totally worth the trip!
