July 25th - Well I guess I have a whole month to make up for here. The big news is that although I did start a new job on July 12th, and I am loving it, we are staying where we are. We realized that we are living in a wonderful house in the country with good neighbours so why look and move! I do have a 1 hour drive each way (if all goes well) but any place we looked at was at least a 30 - 45 minute drive and not nearly as nice to live so why? We are going to just have to pray that studnet loans/grants will cover the tuition. God knows and is in control of it all.
I am really enjoying the new job and learning a lot! Some days it is information overload but that will ease up as I become more familiar with it. The kids have done 2 weeks of VBS, one at the local church we attend and the second at a church about 15 miles away where some freinds attend. They went there last year as well. They really enjoyed both and learned a lot. Jasper went to Alaska for Madison's wedding and will be home Monday night. I think we have a place for them in Hyden and they start school on August 16th.
Vanya turned 3 and had a great birthday. We have gone to the lake many times and she loves it. Of course Zion and Jazmyn do also. It has been hot and humid with several days of heat index over 105 so not pleasant outside. We have had some awesome thunderstorms displaying the mighty power of our God! He is a good Father and looks out for His children even though we do not deserve it.
