July 13th - Vanya is 2! Hard to believe that but it is true! Pictures are here - we have had a good but busy month so far. Rain on the 4th but we went and played up in North Vernon. Got the house deal finalized although it did not turn out as we hoped (too long of a story for here) but ultimately we only have 2 choices, either God is in control or He is not (and then of course He would not be God) so our choice is to trust Him and try to learn to walk in His way. Please pray for John & Darcy and family as Darcy has lost the baby. The weather has been pretty nice so far but their is a lot of summer to come. Will try to keep you posted in a more timely fashion.
July 22nd - the weather has been unseasonably cool (which is alright by me!) we bought a used trampoline with a net from a home school family whose kids were too old to use it and our kids are excited! Vanya says "jump, I jump" and she sure does! We are doing music for a wedding this Saturday and preparing for that. Will be doing some more gigs this summer and fall and sure enjoying it all! We are also enjoying the congregation in Louisville that we have been worshipping with on Saturdays. A wonderful group of believers who are reaching out to the Jewish people in Louisville. Please pray for this work as it is not easy.
July 28th - Wonderful time at the wedding on Saturday! It is always encouraging to see 2 young people coming into marriage with Christ at the center. The weather is still nice and we have rain about every other day. The trampoline is fun, Vanya likes to bounce and having the net around it is sure a nice comfort level for the parents. The kids are going to a VBS program this week and enjoying that. We went to hear Dr David Reagan speak this past weekend and he has a very good handle on the signs that have and are occurring that point to the fact that we are in the end times.
